The shipping rates varies from one quantity to the another and from one demographic location to the another. Any increase in rates on the logistics side will affect in our shipping rates also.

Free Shipping

• We provide free shipping for all orders above 5KG.
• Free shipping does not apply for products that are on sale or that contains any bulk discounts
• Free shipping cannot be provided for bulk orders and wholesale orders.
• Free shipping cannot be given for the products that are on sale, especially the 50% sale on T shirt yarns. We request the customers not to bargain

Delivery Policy

• The processing time of an order will be 2 to 3 working days after the order is placed and tge payment is confirmed, also based on the availability of the product and quantities ordered
• For the orders made on BabySoft Yarn for 25/50/100/150/200 gms, which take a longer time than usual since it has to be processed from hanks to balls, a processing time of 4 to 5 days will be taken
• TRACKING ID will be updated via mail. If you have not received the tracking ID feel free to ask us through WhatsApp
• All these parcels are delivered via India post. For urgent or express delivery, You can choose between private couriers.

Delivery Time

• Since we are based on the south most part of India, parcels may take time to deliver to the north
• Parcels within Tamil Nadu, will be delivered within 2 to 3 days
• Parcels to the neighbouring states, such as Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka will be delivered within 4 to 5 days
• Parcels to the central will be delivered within 6 days
• Parcels to the north will take a week to be delivered
• Parcels to Assam and its neighbouring places will take almost 2 weeks to be delivered
• Always order a week before the expected time to avoid late deliveries due to festivals, climatic conditions and peak traffic timings

Replacement Policy

• Replacement will be provided for products that are damaged
• Replacement will also be provided for product that has been wrongly delivered
• For damaged products it is compulsory to provide the unpackaging video of your order to ensure that the product is been damaged before unpacking
