Return Policy

  • Simple/Clear: “All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase”.

Refund Policy

  • We do not refund any amount for the order, once when you have placed it.
  • In case of any items that run out of stock unknowingly after you have placed the order, we will give you a refund for that particular product.

 

Reasons for Non-Return

Yarns are non-returnable because:

  • Shade variations may occur between dye lots.
  • Yarn quality can be affected by storage and handling conditions after delivery.
  • Opened, rewound, or partially used balls cannot be resold.
  • Custom specifications and made-to-order yarns are produced specifically for each customer.

Exceptions

Returns or replacements will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Wrong product supplied by us
  • Manufacturing defects verified by our quality team
  • Quantity shortage during delivery
  • Transit damage reported immediately upon receipt

Claim Procedure

Any claim regarding defects, shortages, or incorrect supply must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Invoice copy
  • Product photos/videos
  • Yarn details

Claims submitted after the specified period may not be accepted.

Color & Lot Variation

Minor variation in shade, texture, twist, or count between batches/lots is considered standard in the textile industry and does not qualify for return or refund.
