     By purchasing products or service from Candy Crafts Store, you agree to accept our terms and conditions mentioned below. Here, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ refers to Candy Crafts Store. The terms and conditions shall be updated from time to time, based upon the situations we face.

 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

·        Be kind and polite when communicating.

·        All the prices are fixed and do not bargain for discounts.

·        All the images that are being uploaded or shared belongs to us unless stated.

·        The quantity of the product are approximate of its weight less than or greater than 10 gms

·        The colour of the product in the picture cannot be 100 percent same as that of the original shade photographic and lightning effects.

·        Colour of a particular product changes from daylight to noon light, and from one camera to the another.

·        So we have tried our best to bring the nearest colour of the particular shade.

·        Most importantly each shade varies from one lot to the another.

·        Always buy enough yarn of the particular shade needed for your project

·        There is no guarantee that the particular shade available the next time will be same as that of the previous shade.

·        There will definitely be some shade difference due to dyeing lot variation.

 

PLACING AN ORDER

·        When you place an order, make sure that you have selected the right product in right quantities.

·        This is a note for customers who have entered two delivery locations each time, make sure that you have entered the correct address with the right pin code, parcel once shipped to one address cannot be shipped back to the other.

·        Customers who wanted to add one more product to the existing order can WhatsApp us and add the products, before your product is been packed

·        You cannot modify the order once the product is packed

·        DO NOT MAKE URGENT ORDERS, PROCESSING TAKES 2 – 3 WORKING DAYS, FROM THE DATE OF PAYMENT.
